Map Three: Area Map

This map shows the wilderness surrounding Kendall Keep, including the major landmarks, roads, and dangerous areas that adventurers may explore.

Settlements and Structures

  • The Keep - Kendall Keep, the partys base of operations
  • The Shy Tower - A mysterious tower that appears and disappears
  • Quasqueton - Ruined fortress in the hills

Wilderness Areas

  • The Caves of Chaos - The main adventure site, northeast of the Keep
  • The Bee Mans Cottage - Home of the druid hermit
  • The Spiderwood - Dense forest infested with giant spiders
  • Gnoll Ford - River crossing controlled by gnolls
  • Gnoll Camp - Encampment of displaced gnolls
  • Abandoned Lizardman Lair - Former swamp dwelling
  • Lizardman Retreat - Where surviving lizardmen hide
  • Shallow Graves - Burial site near the road (undead may rise)

Geographic Features

  • The North Road - Main trade route through the region
  • The River - Flows east-west, with the Gnoll Ford crossing
  • The Goblinwater - Stream originating in the Caves of Chaos
  • The Forest - Dense woodland to the north
  • The Swamp - Marshy area south of the river
