Description
A stern, experienced warrior who administers justice fairly but strictly. He follows the law exactly and has little patience for rumours or speculation.
Role
As Castellan, Devereau:
- Handles most of the Keep's administrative business
- Administers justice and handles civil disputes
- Manages the dungeons beneath the fortress
- Pays bounty for proof of bandits or monsters killed
- Commands the Keep's military forces in Lord Macsen's name
