Macsen the Younger is the Lord of Kendall Keep, the ultimate authority in the fortress and the surrounding Borderlands.
Background
Son of Macsen Wledig, who founded the Keep thirty years ago and led expeditions against the Caves of Chaos. The elder Macsen died fighting the Horned Society.
